Terms of use
The rules for using Sol and this website. This is the English version of our Turkish terms. If the two versions differ, the Turkish version prevails.

Who provides Sol
Sol is Sol Digital’s AI assistant. Sol Digital is a product of SolarDetech Bilişim Ltd. Şti. (Üniversiteler Mah. 1597 Cad. No: 3 İç Kapı No: 127, Çankaya/Ankara). In these terms, “we” means this company.
Sol is an AI
Sol is an AI, not a person, and says so in the first sentence of every conversation. Sol’s answers can be wrong or incomplete. On binding matters such as price, time or scope, the business decides, and such messages go out only with the approval of someone with approval rights at the business.
For businesses: your contract governs
Our relationship with a business that uses Sol, including prices, is governed by the contract we sign with that business. We don’t publish prices on this site. If these terms and the contract differ, the contract applies.
For customers who talk to Sol
When you talk to Sol on a business’s behalf, the business is the party you deal with for bookings, orders, quotes and the like. For your personal data, see the privacy notice.
Acceptable use
You may not use Sol, or the WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook accounts connected to it, for:
- anything unlawful, including insults, threats or content that infringes other people’s rights;
- spam, or commercial messages sent without the recipient’s consent;
- anything that breaks the rules and policies of WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook;
- pretending to be someone else, fake reviews or misleading advertising;
- trying to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to Sol or our systems.
If these rules are broken, we may suspend access to Sol.
No guarantee of results
We don’t guarantee that Sol will bring any particular result (such as more bookings or sales), and we don’t promise that Sol or this site will run without interruption or error.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent Turkish law allows. Liability for intent or gross negligence is not limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Turkish law. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara have jurisdiction; consumers keep their right to go to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts.
Changes
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top.
